Founded in 1974 in Burlington, Ontario, City Automotive CSN has grown over the years to become the area’s leading collision repair facility. Our reputation for excellent customer service and superior quality has made us the preferred choice of all major insurance companies as well as vehicle owners.

Keeping up with the times in a rapidly changing environment has been the key to our growth and success. Just as importantly, we are a family business that believes in taking the time to understand and look after each customer’s individual needs. This explains the large number of referrals we receive as well as frequent testimonials from customers.

At City Automotive CSN, we pride ourselves on our industry-leading facility which includes free computerized appraisals with insurance-endorsed ADP and Mitchell programs. Our certified technicians are I-Car Gold Class Professionals who work with state-of-the-art equipment to ensure the best results possible.

City Automotive CSN is a member of H.A.R.A. (Hamilton & District Autobody Repair Association) and an approved H.A.C. (Hamilton Automobile Club) repair facility.

Randy Pickard, President
Randy Pickard founded City Automotive CSN in 1974, the same year that Burlington became a city (which is where the name came from). A Sudbury native, Randy has spent all his working life in the automotive industry. He worked for several years with GM dealers and was a General Service Manager before opening City Automotive. His philosophy was to provide a high level of quality and service at a competitive rate.

An active community leader, Randy is the Past President of the Burlington Chamber of Commerce. He is a Past President of the Optimist Club of Burlington, and was the inaugural Chairman for Crime Stoppers of Halton.
